Join us for a fabulous farm weekend of great singing, food, and company!
We’ll sing songs from Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Lithuania, Great Britain and more.
February on the farm is quiet and slow, so we will have lots of time for singing. Early lambing will likely start, so we’ll spend time in the barn feeding the pregnant ewes and caring for new lambs. Other projects we might work on during this “off time” are washing, carding , spinning and dying wool; gathering medicinal buds and resins from our forest and making healing salves; making cider and vinegar. We’ll cook, eat, do chores, sing, and work together. The weekend will include learning apple wassail songs and singing to our apple trees!
Stay with us in shared bedrooms in our rustic 1900 farmhouse, or we can recommend local airbnbs.
