Our own farmstead sheep cheese will be available again starting May 1, 2018. Try our Vermanchego, Wild Mountain Tomme (cultured with wild cultures!), Pecorino de Greensboro, Mud Island Tomme and Sheep Skyr. All made from milk from our flock of organically managed, hand-milked, beloved Sheep!
