Organic

All of our products, with the exception of our honey, are raised and managed organically.

Our apples, cider, and vinegar will be certified organic this fall.  It’s a one year process to apply for certification for dairies, we will start the process this April and be certified by April 2014—making us one of only two organic sheep dairies in the entire U.S.!    Our bees are raised naturally with no chemicals.
