Sound and Healing Workshop Thursdays 5-7pm


Explore the possibility of music to calm, open and heal, connect our body and mind to the subtle rhythms of nature, both within and  around us. Basic asana, stable posture, pranayama, the science of breath, and finally, nada, the essential vibration, pure sound.  With Pavi and Polash, Thursdays 5-7 pm, July 2-30.
